Memoir Club Tonight

For those of you are hoping to turn up tonight at 6pm for Memoir Club, here is the link again and some questions to guide you with your reading of Natalia Ginzburg's essay 'He and I'

Off the back of the success of Short Story Club (with Zoe) and Accountability Club (with Ennis) we are very excited to launch our Memoir Club (with Lily). During this monthly Zoom session we will dissect a personal essay, discussing ways that it works, or ways it does not work, and all the in-betweens. Please come prepared and having read the essay (details below).

Memoir Club is 6-7pm on Wednesday 20th November, via Zoom.

We will be discussing Natalia Ginzburg’s essay, ‘He and I’. It’s a wonderful essay with such precise detail, and characterisation. A brilliant example of how important it is to write convincing characters when writing memoir - and how much can be read between the lines.
