To add to our already rich timetable of writing and discussion groups,

Dr Lily Dunn

will be launching her memoir club in November. A monthly discussion for those interested in the personal essay or memoir. Please come along to the first session on the 20th November at 6pm to discuss Natalia Ginzburg’s essay, He and I. It’s a wonderful essay with such precise detail, and characterisation. A brilliant example of how important it is to write convincing characters when writing memoir - and how much can be read between the lines.
